shh.. is an AI-powered music management platform that provides strategic advice, creative direction, and industry insights to independent artists. The platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with decisions across areas including marketing, A&R, bookings, and growth. shh.. also provides AI-powered image generation for creative assets such as press photos, album art, and mood boards.
shh.. is a tool to support your decision-making, not a substitute for professional music industry advice, legal counsel, or financial guidance. Any decisions you make based on shh..'s output are your own responsibility.
shh.. is currently in beta and access is by invitation or approval only. By using the platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the Spotify artist profile you connect belongs to you or that you have authorisation to use it.
Certain features of shh.. (including image generation) require you to sign in with a Google account. By signing in, you agree to share your name, email address, and profile picture with shh... You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign out or revoke access at any time from the Settings page.
You retain full ownership of any content you share with shh.., including your artist profile, interview answers, messages, and reference photos. By using the platform you grant shh.. management ApS a limited licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the service.
We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
Images generated through shh.. are created using Google Gemini and may contain a digital watermark (Google SynthID). You are free to use generated images for your own creative and promotional purposes. shh.. management ApS does not claim ownership of images generated for you. However, we cannot guarantee that generated images are free of similarities to existing works, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws.
The shh.. platform, its design, features, and AI responses are owned by shh.. management ApS. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

The AI managers and image generation in shh.. are powerful tools but they are not infallible. They may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, or generate images that do not match your expectations. Always apply your own judgment before acting on any advice or publishing any generated content. shh.. management ApS is not liable for any outcomes resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated content.
shh.. is a beta product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, shh.. management ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, which in most cases during beta is zero.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the "last updated" date when we do. Continued use of shh.. after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
